It is easy, simply login in to your customer account, or create an account on our website (if you have already made a purchase recently be sure to use your active email address associated with your order). You will automatically start earning points with your purchases!
Yes! There are no membership fees or hidden costs.
Points can be earned by making purchases and refer your friends.
Once you are logged into your customer account, head to your customer dashboard or the loyalty page where you will find options to redeem your points for $$ off of your cart purchase. Use the coupon code at checkout! Please know that some coupon restrictions may apply.
Notes: TSSOE Points can only be redeemed towards the purchase of products on the Site, and cannot be used towards shipping costs, taxes or fees. You can use Points to deduct up to a maximum of 50% of the total price of your order (excluding shipping, taxes or fees). Points redeemed will be deducted from your Points balance until it reaches zero.
TSSOE Points are personal to you and cannot be assigned, conveyed, or otherwise transferred to anyone. Any assignment, conveyance or other transfer of Points may, at TSSOE's discretion, result in: (i) the cancellation of the affected Points; and/or (ii) the termination of your User Account. Points may only be redeemed on the TSSOE site from which they were originally obtained. The reward expiration is 1 year.
1. If an unpaid order is cancelled, any Points applied to the unpaid order will be credited to your Points balance.
2. If you use Points for an order and then successfully return item(s) from that order, your Points balance will be credited, on a pro-rated basis, for any Points used to reduce the purchase price of the returned item(s), unless the original Points have already expired.
3. If you earn Points from an order after confirming receipt of the order, and then you return item(s) from that order, any Points earned from the order will be deducted, on a pro-rated basis, from your Points balance.
