Duties & Taxes

When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at 17track.net
Refuse Package
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
1. Original and return shipping costs.
2. Duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
We hope everything you ordered meet your satisfaction. But just in case you're not 100% satisfied with it(them), we've made following return policy.
How long do I have to make a return?
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days from the date your purchase to request a return.
Your return package must be postmarked within 45 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked more than 45 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
How do I make a return?
We offer two return methods:
One is apply return by yourself via log into account, check below steps:
1. Sign into your Account.
2. Fill in your email address and click "Continue", then you will receive a code with six digits in your mailbox, input the code.
3. Find the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return and click the time you want to return.
4. Select the reason for the return and add a note for us to view
5. Click" Apply for return"
6. You will receive an email including shipping address when your apply is approved.
7. Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible.
8. Mail out the return package. Your package must be postmarked within 45 days from the purchase date.
9. Please note that no refund shall be settled unless the returned items are correctly shipped according to the respective shipping address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Do I have to pay for shipping when I return something?
Kindly note that the shipping fee for return is on your side. You must use the return address we provide, then ship the return package with 45 days from the purchase date.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Orders We Do Not Accept Return
1. For international orders, any additional fees for dispatch internationally, duty, or local tax are also all non-refundable.
2. If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days after receiving (If there is no tracking number, please contact with us within 45 days of order placing) for replacement. Item(s) not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorized for replacement.
3. Item(s) returned without authorization from us will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
4. Returned Item(s) must be in saleable condition with original packaging.
5. Custom item(s) do not apply to this return policy.
Important Notice
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide.
2. Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the TSSOE site by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
3. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
Refund Process
1. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used of purchase. We issue refund in 1~3 business days after we receive the return item(s).
2.Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund notification email. Refund time depends on your refund method and bank.
3. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
Why is the received amount less than the refund amount?
1. The bank charges a commission fee.
2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.
If you receive less than the original amount, you may contact your bank to check the above scenarios.
